The details of the Iran deal will take EU leaders down. It all will go down before 11-11-2018. It's not possible to free the US without first taking down the EU. The US is/was controlled by European (and other) clowns and their American puppets. They will be taken out thus EU will be freed. US same.

Q told us many times that they are in control. That means they can pretty much do everything. I think.
To be honest I didn't pay attention to it. I just noticed it was going on. I always ignore such crap. But I'm sure Q-team can initiate or do whatever they want so they probably do. The only thing they MUST do is follow the rule of law to take the clown army down but apart from that there are probably no limitations to what they CAN do. Remember NSA traffic cam pic from London? Haha. They even have traffic cams in other countries to monitor everything all over the place.
