However, there may be precious little evidence available to Ms Ardern's many international fans, with the Prime Minister eschewing media interest or photographic rights to the event.

Ms Ardern is due to marry Clarke Gayford in just a few weeks, nine years after meeting the television host, keen fisherman and DJ at an Auckland awards ceremony.

Since then, she won two elections and, in between, gave birth to the pair's first child, Neve, who is now three.

The Labour leader told AAP she gave over responsibilities for their big day to New Zealand's first bloke.

"Clarke is in charge. And I'm very grateful for that," she said, laughing.

After another arduous year overseeing the country's COVID-19 response and leading the government, Ms Ardern is keeping her big day private.

"We've had advice the bride and groom are going with something intimate and personal," Woman's Day editor Sebastian van der Zwan said.

"And after the past couple of years, where the PM has been fronting to media almost every single day, I can't really blame her."

Hillary is by no means out of the woods yet and special prosecutor John Durham just doubled down.

Earlier this year, Durham indicted Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussman for lying during a meeting between him and former FBI General Counsel James Baker on September 19, 2016. Sussman has been accused of using fake evidence to mislead the FBI into believing there was a secret back channel between Russian banks and the Trump organization.

Sussman claims that he was not working for any entity and met with Baker on his own accord however, Durham has 91,000 pages of documents to counter Sussman’s claim.

Lawyers representing Sussman said Durham’s evidence “directly contradict the Special Counsel’s allegation that Mr. Sussmann affirmatively told Mr. Baker that he was not meeting with him on behalf of any clients.”

Durham fired back in a court filing:

“As the defendant is aware from discovery, both of those interviews occurred years after the events in question, and Mr. Baker made these statements before he had the opportunity to refresh his recollection with contemporaneous or near-contemporaneous notes that have been provided to the defense in discovery.”

“Indeed, the defendant’s motion entirely ignores law enforcement reports of Mr. Baker’s subsequent three interviews with the Special Counsel’s Office in which he affirmed and then re-affirmed his now-clear recollection of the defendant’s false statement.”

Sussman’s lawyers are now trying to rush a trial date for May of 2022 however, Durham is asking for the date to be set for July because he handed over more than 91,000 pages of declassified evidence and more than 5,000 pages of discovery that are about to be declassified:

The prosecutors noted they had handed over more than 91,000 pages in unclassified discovery and more than 5,000 pages in classified discovery to the defense team and insisted that the team was still “working expeditiously to satisfy its discovery obligations.”

Hillary is not out of the woods yet and it would not be surprising if Sussman takes a plea.

Chi-Com Puppets, Nike, Funneled Money to Elect Democrat Who Blocked Uyghur Forced Labor Bill On Their Behalf

Several top Nike executives funneled over $60,000 to Democrat Senator Ron Wyden, who went onto block the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act on their behalf.

On Wednesday, Wyden blocked the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act which the House passed unanimously Tuesday and the Senate was expected to approve.

President Joe Biden vowed to sign the bill once passed by both chambers and work with Congress to “ensure global supply chains are free of forced labor.”

Tennesseestar.com reports: Nike, a major benefactor of Wyden, was one of several corporations to lobby against the bill, The New York Times previously reported. A March 2020 report from the bipartisan Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC) concluded that the Oregon-based athletic apparel giant was one of several corporations suspected to either directly employ forced labor or source materials from suppliers using forced labor in Xinjiang.

Between Sept. 15-30, 20 Nike executives including CEO John Donahoe and Executive Chairman Mark Parker each made two $2,900 contributions to Wyden, according to federal elections campaign data. Scott Uzzell, the CEO of Nike subsidiary Converse, made a single contribution of $2,900.

Altogether, the executives gave $60,900 to Wyden’s campaign in the span of about two weeks. Wyden is running for re-election in November 2022.

“Nike is committed to ethical and responsible manufacturing and we uphold international labor standards,” Nike said in a statement last year following the NYT report. “We are concerned about reports of forced labor in, and connected to, the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR).”

“Nike does not source products from the XUAR and we have confirmed with our contract suppliers that they are not using textiles or spun yarn from the region,” it continued.

The company also denied ever lobbying against the forced labor legislation that Wyden blocked.

Senate lobbying disclosures released over the last 12 months showed that Nike has engaged in efforts related to “international trade, global sourcing and labor,” specifically naming the forced labor bill, but don’t detail the company’s exact actions. Nike has spent more than $1.2 million on lobbying in the Senate, according to the filings.

The forced labor bill would require companies that import products from factories in the Xinjiang province of China to provide “clear and convincing evidence” to U.S. customs authorities that the products had no ties to forced labor.

Wyden explained Wednesday that he would object to the legislation until Congress approved an extension of the child tax credit, a social spending program which no Senate Republican supports. Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin has also pushed back on the program’s inclusion in Biden’s budget bill making its way through Congress.

Fox News reports: The federal indictment accuses him of trying to entice minors to his Vermont vacation home for sexual encounters last year – and one Nevada mom allegedly took him up on the offer in July 2020.

The criminal complaint filed against the Nevada woman on Aug. 25, 2020 in Henderson Justice Court details the horrific abuse and describes her as the adoptive mother.

The woman allegedly flew the 9-year-old from Nevada to Boston, Massachusetts, where Griffin is accused of picking them up in a Tesla and driving them to his $2 million vacation house in a Vermont ski town, according to the federal indictment.

In the Nevada complaint, the 9-year-old described the Vermont house as “a cabin with a garage and three floors.” She also told investigators that “a man named John” picked her up from the airport in a red Tesla.

The revolting allegations include text messages about explicit activities involving the child.

President Putin Puts YouTube on Notice: I’m Fining You Into Oblivion for Mass Censorship

President Putin has followed through on his threat to hold YouTube accountable for their mass censorship by issuing a massive fine against the Big Tech company.

Earlier this year, Putin warned YouTube that he would do everything in his power to punish them unless they stopped censoring non-mainstream topics from their platform.

Now, the Google-owned company will have to a pay a whopping 1 billion rubles in March 2022 unless it immediately unblocks a Russian TV channel’s YouTube account.

Rt.com reports: The US tech giant had no right to restrict the YouTube page of the Tsargrad TV channel, Russia’s Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal ruled on Thursday, supporting a previous court decision. Google was ordered to restore the channel as well as its monetization rights, imposing what Russian media described as an “unprecedented” forfeit penalty if it failed to comply.

Google will have to pay 100,000 rubles ($1,358) for each day it fails to comply with the court’s decision after it comes into force. The penalty will also increase “in a progressive manner” for each week that Google delays in adhering to the ruling.

The exact mechanism of the increase was not revealed by Russian media following the decision, but previous rulings upheld by the Arbitration Court show that the daily penalty doubles each week. Under the ruling, the total fine cannot exceed the threshold of 1 billion rubles for the first nine months after it comes into force.

The penalty would reach that threshold by mid-March 2022, said Valery Rukobratsky, a spokesman for Tsargrad founder Konstantin Malofeev. The threshold would be lifted in September 2022, and the penalty would increase without any limits from then, he added.

Google has so far not commented on the court’s decision. The US tech giant’s terms of service normally require all lawsuits against the company to be handled by the US or British courts. Russia’s courts, however, ruled that they have the power to handle the suit.

YouTube blocked the account of Tsargrad TV on July 28, 2020, according to the channel, without any prior warning. Tsargrad accused Google of breaching its own terms of service. Google later explained its decision by pointing to the fact that Malofeev was put on the US sanctions list over Russia’s alleged role in the conflict in eastern Ukraine.

Scottish police say rapes committed by men will be logged as rapes by “women” if offenders are trans

From now on in Scotland, if a person with male genitalia (aka a man) rapes someone, Scottish Police will categorize the culprit as a “female” if he self-identifies as a trans “woman.”

In order to remain politically correct and satisfy the demands of the Cult of LGBTQ, Police Scotland say that even if a rapist has not legally changed his gender to trans “female,” any rapes he commits will be considered as having been perpetrated by a woman.

The move comes ahead of a proposed new law in Scotland that makes it easier for Scots to self-identify as whatever sex or gender they choose on a whim. Some feminist groups, fearful of being erased, are opposed to the new legislation.

“The Scottish government wants to remove medical checks for those seeking a gender recognition certificate and shorten the time people have to live as their new gender before it is legally recognized,” reported The Times (U.K.).

In a correspondence seen by The Scottish Sun on Sunday, Kenny MacAskill, the former Scottish justice secretary, asked Police Scotland how it plans to deal with rapes after the new law takes effect. Gary Ritchie, the assistant chief constable, responded with a few hypothetical scenarios.

One of them included “where a person born male obtains a full gender recognition certificate and then commits rape.” Another is “where a person born male but who identifies as a female and does not have a full GRC … commits rape.”

“The Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009 defines rape as nonconsensual penetration with a penis, so it cannot be committed by someone without male genitalia,” The Times explained.
