Reports I've seen were 4 other men involved. Not necessarily with the 9 YO. I think kid's sex related activities were with the woman, who was an adoptive mother, and Griffen and the other may have watched. Sex was with the woman. Maybe all men, not sure.

The other factor is, it's a PITA drive from Ludlow VT to Boston. Would have been easier to meet a flight in Hartford, CT. More of a straight interstate shot. Makes me think the 4 men are Boston related. IOW, Griffen was with the men in Boston and had the woman and girl fly there.
