DARPA’s Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI)

Interesting that during Trump's first 4 years as POTUS, DARPA was developing the Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) project, white box AI checking on black box AI for trustworthiness. So now we have an algorithm that can check if another algorithm is truthful. So, we will be able to unequivocally show bias from any source?
