Kumbucha which i brew on my own, Kimchi, hell i Do a Habanero hot sauce that i make which ferments for a year before it's ready. Habaneros, salt, garlic placed in a gallon jar with an air lock. Use it every saturday night on chicken wings.
I mix this with a 50/50 mix of the habanero fermentation and frank's hot sauce. Unless you want to just fucking want to get your mouth lit the fuck up? Could some one explain to me why I must upload image to make a post?
You must use the salt in the process. if not you will get mold. The air lock lets the gases escape but none come in.
