In October 2020 top international epidemiologists Dr. Martin Kulldorff from Harvard, Dr. Sunetra Gupta from Oxford and Dr. Jayanta Bhattacharya from Stanford joined Laura Ingraham on The Ingraham Angle to announce their latest initiative to reopen society and resume life in the West for those who are not vulnerable to the coronavirus.

Dr. Kulldorff told Laura, “Most of my colleagues in infectious disease are in favor of risk-based strategy or an age-based strategy where we protect the elderly or other high-risk groups while the younger resume life more or less normally.”

Dr. Kulldorff then announced that his group put out a declaration this morning called “The Great Barrington Declaration” urging the medical community to initiate a plan of action that included “focused protection.”

Doctors Gupta and Bhattacharya echoed Dr. Kulldorff and explained how herd immunity should be the goal and could be accomplished in a relatively short amount of time where even the elderly and sickly would eventually be safe to come out of lockdown.

This “focused protection” plan went against Dr. Fauci’s diabolical plan for the world.

And so Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins decided to initiate a propaganda attack against the hundreds of international doctors who signed on to the declaration.

Dr. Fauci and Dr. Francis Collins discussed a “quick and devastating take down” of the Barrington Declaration.

They even discussed in on email.

Fauci, who is behind the funding of the Wuhan lab, was out scheming how to take down any doctors who threatened his power.

Scottish police say rapes committed by men will be logged as rapes by “women” if offenders are trans

From now on in Scotland, if a person with male genitalia (aka a man) rapes someone, Scottish Police will categorize the culprit as a “female” if he self-identifies as a trans “woman.”

In order to remain politically correct and satisfy the demands of the Cult of LGBTQ, Police Scotland say that even if a rapist has not legally changed his gender to trans “female,” any rapes he commits will be considered as having been perpetrated by a woman.

The move comes ahead of a proposed new law in Scotland that makes it easier for Scots to self-identify as whatever sex or gender they choose on a whim. Some feminist groups, fearful of being erased, are opposed to the new legislation.

“The Scottish government wants to remove medical checks for those seeking a gender recognition certificate and shorten the time people have to live as their new gender before it is legally recognized,” reported The Times (U.K.).

In a correspondence seen by The Scottish Sun on Sunday, Kenny MacAskill, the former Scottish justice secretary, asked Police Scotland how it plans to deal with rapes after the new law takes effect. Gary Ritchie, the assistant chief constable, responded with a few hypothetical scenarios.

One of them included “where a person born male obtains a full gender recognition certificate and then commits rape.” Another is “where a person born male but who identifies as a female and does not have a full GRC … commits rape.”

“The Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009 defines rape as nonconsensual penetration with a penis, so it cannot be committed by someone without male genitalia,” The Times explained.

Responding to this, MacAskill, the Alba party MP for East Lothian and SNP defector who worked as a lawyer for 20 years and a justice secretary for almost eight is simply shocked that this is being allowed to happen.

“I’ve seen some legal absurdities, but this tops it all and is dangerous,” he said. “It’s physically impossible and is about dogma overriding common sense. Women prisoners are being harmed by this and vital crime statistics rendered useless.”

During the last parliamentary term, plans to reform the Gender Recognition Act (GRA) were shelved by the SNP government due to internal divisions and concerns about women’s rights. The SNP and Greens’ power-sharing deal at Holyrood does, however, commit them to completing the process by the middle of next year.

MurrayBlackburnMackenzie, a policy analysis group, is campaigning for Police Scotland to be required to accurately record the sex of people charged with rape or attempted rape.

“For such offences,” warned Lisa Mackenzie, a member of the group, “it will only take a few misclassified cases to skew the statistics.”

In a statement, Detective Superintendent Fil Capaldi responded concerning the new law and policy that:

“The sex / gender identification of individuals who come into contact with the police will be based on how they present or how they self-declare, which is consistent with the values of the organisation. Police Scotland requires no evidence or certification as proof of biological sex or gender identity other than a person’s self-declaration, unless it is pertinent to any investigation with which they are linked.”

Ghislaine Maxwell Judge Tells Alleged Sex Trafficker's Defense To Hurry Up: 'I'm Not Delaying The Trial'

Ghislaine Maxwell’s defense lawyers were given an ultimatum by U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan today after delaying proceedings with several requests related to witnesses.

Maxwell’s legal team was admonished by Nathan after a series of delays related to requests it made for witnesses it planned to call, according to the Miami Herald, who summarized the abrupt exchange: “Ghislaine Maxwell’s judge tells her lawyers to hurry it up.”

“You have your next witness or else you rest,” Nathan told the defense team. “I’m not delaying the trial.”

Still, Maxwell’s lawyer pleaded for more time. “Our client’s life is on the line,” they argued.

The prosecution rested its case against Maxwell on December 10, and the defense has struggled to mount its case since, at times claiming that it did not expect for the prosecutors to rest their case so quickly.

Nathan was not swayed, however, and said that the defense had plenty of time to prepare its case regardless.

Recently, Nathan refused Maxwell’s lawyers’ attempt to allow witnesses to be called and deliver their testimony anonymously.

As previously noted, some found this particularly egregious after the defense compared its witnesses to the the prosecution’s witnesses, which included alleged rape victims who were forced to recount traumatic experiences and accuse powerful individuals of committing rape and sex trafficking while on the stand. They argued their witnesses should be afforded the same rights as the prosecution’s witnesses, but Judge Nathan said she “disagreed with this basic premise.”

In the case of the prosecution, many of the women testifying were alleged victims of the sexual abuse committed by Epstein and Maxwell. Because of the trauma they went through, it is common for them to be allowed anonymity.

For the defense, there is no clear reason as to why the witnesses would need anonymity. Presumably, the witnesses are concerned about receiving backlash for aiding the defense of an alleged abuser.

News regarding the trial has been harder to find on social media after the popular Maxwell Trial Tracker account was recently banned by Twitter with no explanation.
