MILAN, Dec 18 (Reuters) - Telecom Italia (TIM) (TLIT.MI) said on Friday former Chief Executive Officer Luigi Gubitosi had stepped down from the company's board, removing a hurdle that prevented Italy's biggest phone group from naming his successor.
