Longtime South Korea expat anon here. I looked up the doctor on the Korean interwebs, and it's a big deal here. She made a huge splash with a press conference in an important part of Seoul not far from the Blue House (SK pres residence). Here is Youtube video of the event. I cannot stress what a breakthrough this is. I will post this again next bread along with some translations of Korean articles about her revelations.
