I have a theological question.

I know Satanists want to become God. But I was wondering. Is God capable of turning us into Gods but chooses not to? I feel like he does have the capability of turning us into Gods, because God's omnipotent. Saying that God can't turn us into Gods is saying that there's limits to God's power, which isn't true.
