Anon has been watching property in OK Ozarks.
Anything you can actually live in is selling fast.
In anon's neighborhood in north woods, there's nothing within a half hour under $250k. Norm here was $100k for something livable a year or two ago.
>We're "unbearable" to the "sophisticated"
Stay a couple nights and talk to people at Motel 6, and you'll learn a lot moar about a town than asking people at a 4 star hotel.
The last "respectable" place anon stayed had signs saying you couldn't wash your undies without a mask.
On the bright side, at least it had hot water in the morning.

>About the same in TX.. I bought my house for about 130, its now looking like I can sell it for 215…
Anon is planning to cash in on gains and move into another dump.
Bought muh 1300 sq*ft almost teardown house for $40k, and have about $100k into it total. Should sell for $200k.
Bought a 2800 sq*ft barn (ex-bar) for $120k, and will rough it in one side while making the other side nice. Just need to rough in a shower over one of the toilet stalls and make a temporary kitchen to make it livable.
Some wives are moar understanding than others. Mine puts up with a lot of shit, but likes anon's adventures.
>Are anons expecting a big crash in housing prices?
Yep.
Other than anon trading equity for moar square feet, anon knows one person who is selling $420k house, and buying $60k house.
If prices crash 50%, seems like smart move, even if $60k house goes to zero.
People are strapped, and prices can't go much higher…but they could go MUCH lower.
>Anon has noticed. You mind not looking where anon is looking? ty! kek
Sorry, anon.
Already closed on one property, and have another in the works.
Am done for now, tho…unless good raw land deal pops up.
