There's just no way certain states are going to roll over in any quick order.. New York is acting like its going to do that to the general public in 2 weeks..
TX and OK (any others?) have both said they're not going to enforce mandates on nat'l guard troops even..
If anything, we'll be seeing interstate refugees, which would be a shit show
About the same in TX.. I bought my house for about 130, its now looking like I can sell it for 215… odd thing is a house that cost 250 before only costs 320 now.. so its in my favor for the moment.
