A quick check of the New York State ASSEMBLY website shows that this bill has
-NO COSPONSORS
-NO "same-as" (senate bill)
-NO VOTES
The only thing that is going on is that it has been "pre-filed" to be introduced to the "health committee", POSSIBLY as early as the opening of the legislative year session.
