Trump said a vaccine is a personal choice, but protesting them plays into the TPTB hands.
Looking at 2 years of protests in Europe that only bring more lockdowns proves his point. Hard to describe how many people in Europe hate the fucking asshole protestors. Bottom line is, if you don't want to take the vaccine, don't, but don't turn around and protest for your inclusion in the business as usual that caused the situation in the first place.
Walking off the job in lieu of a vaccine is what works. Un-vaxxed need to establish their own economical niche and show everyone that that works universally. The protesting over and over and expecting a different result thing isn't selling.
There were always restrictions in WW travel with vaccines, for example. If you didn't want the vaccine, don't travel via means that require it or to places that require it.

May be a legal maneuver to protect witnesses/suspects via attorney/client privilege. I think it would go both way, IOW, protect lawyers with criminal behavior, too. Not sure.
