wouldn't be meaningful unless you got a map that was 1000 x more detailed. blow that map up, and you'll find millions of white spots in what appears all green. also would need to take into account routine travel. people may live where there is no cell service but travel to work where there is, or vice versa. probly lots of other factors would also need to be accounted for not mentioned here.
