Just yesterday, DOJ prosecutors convinced a DC judge to keep a J6 detainee in the Gulag awaiting a trial date that hasn’t been set. Ryan Nichols has no criminal history, convicted of no crime. Yet DOJ, Judge Hogan insisted he was too grave a threat to let him go home.
