Ok back from earlier. Had to find the sauce of this quote from Larry. RR gave a speech today and covered ALOT of ground. I gotta say after reading this speech and his past comments I'm leaning towards white hat but could be wrong. I think the confusion is deliberate so that the general public accepts the outcome regardless of party affiliation. Bombshell either way.
