Judas Priest guitarist Richie Faulkner nearly died onstage after experiencing an aortic aneurysm during their Kentucky concert.

On September 26, Judas Priest was playing the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville when guitarist Richie Faulkner – 41 years old – suffered a massive heart attack and almost died on stage. He had reconstructive heart surgery and now has 4 metal valves in his chest. Richie is a guy who was in top-notch health, had no history with drugs, but had to get vaccinated to go on tour with the band and to be able to play Live Nation venues. No one will admit the vaccine was the cause, because there’s no evidence to prove it, but those of us skeptical of the effects of getting jabbed have our theories. During a performance last week, Judas Priest guitarist Richie Faulkner nearly died onstage after experiencing an aortic aneurysm — an often fatal heart condition that occurs when the artery dissects or ruptures.

The 41-year-old musician miraculously lived and has now opened up about the near-death experience he publicly had while performing the band’s 1990 song “Painkiller” at Kentucky’s Louder Than Life Festival.

“As I watch footage from the Louder Than Life Festival in Kentucky, I can see in my face the confusion and anguish I was feeling whilst playing ‘Painkiller’ as my aorta ruptured and started to spill blood into my chest cavity … Whatever the circumstances, when watching that footage, the truth is, knowing what I know now, I see a dying man,” he told Rolling Stone in a written statement just days after the incident on Sept. 26. “I was having what my doctor called an aortic aneurysm and complete aortic dissection. From what I’ve been told by my surgeon, people with this don’t usually make it to the hospital alive.”

COVID Drives US Population Growth To Slowest Rate Since Nation's Founding

A new population report published by the U.S. Census Bureau showed the U.S. grew by a measly 392,665, or 0.1%, the slowest rate since the nation's founding.

The bureau said that the slow growth rate is due to "decreased net international migration, decreased fertility, and increased mortality due in part to the COVID-19 pandemic."

Between 2020 and 2021, 33 states saw population increases and 17 states and the District of Columbia lost population, 11 of which had losses of over 10,000 people.

This is a historically large number of states to lose population in year.

Dr. Sebastian Gorka Vows ‘Political Battle’ with January 6 Committee Following Phone Records Subpoena

Former Deputy Assistant to the President and conservative analyst Dr. Sebastian Gorka is vowing to “go to a political battle” with the House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack, following the revelation that his phone records were subpoenaed from Verizon.

“They’ve chosen the wrong guy — they still they probably don’t know that I still have all my clearances — and I am prepared to go to a political battle with Adam Schiff, with Nancy Pelosi, and with all of the radicalized Democrats that sadly have destroyed that party,” Gorka told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview.

“I’m going to approach it as somebody who has been teaching about political warfare for almost 20 years, training the intelligence community, the FBI, members of the military Special Forces, to understand that you don’t have to fire a shot to destroy the greatest Republic on God’s green earth,” Gorka said.

At Turning Point USA’s “America Fest” this weekend, he revealed during his speech to the gathering of young conservatives that Verizon notified him his phone records had been subpoenaed by the House committee, and that they would be handed over unless an injunction is filed within 15 days. Gorka pointed out to Breitbart News that his case is unique because in other cases of phone carriers being subpoenaed by the Committee, the target was not informed in advance of the documents being turned over.

Gorka told Breitbart News that the subpoena did not include any allegation of a crime, only citing a speech that he was scheduled to deliver in front of the Supreme Court on January 6 but never did. Regardless, he explained, Verizon will be handing over troves of phone records and other personal data in compliance with what he calls the Democrats’ “political intimidation” of Trump supporters — adding, “if they can do that to a former Deputy Assistant to the President, they can do that to anybody.”

“No mention was made of any crime I’m alleged to have committed. I was supposed to give a speech that day, which I didn’t give — I didn’t know that’s a crime in America — and the fact is, for Verizon, who of course are capitulating… They’re supposed to dump everything, all the phone number details, the SIM card details, the product registration details for me and my whole family… So if they can do that to a former Deputy Assistant to the President, they can do that to anybody. This is purely about political intimidation of the 74 million Americans that voted for Donald Trump,” Gorka told Breitbart News. “I’ve done nothing wrong. But that’s not the principle. The principle is the U.S. Constitution and the Fourth Amendment and my rights to undue seizure of my property and my information.”

“This is this is truly Soviet tactics. This is this is straight out of Alinsky is Rules for Radicals. This is the politics of personal destruction,” he added.

Zuckerberg-Funded Groups Sue Border Patrol Over Del Rio ‘Whipping’

A pro-migration advocacy group is suing the U.S. Border Patrol for supposedly abusing a Haitian migrant who was photographed while trying to dodge a horse-mounted border patrol officer.

The plaintiffs allege “physical abuse, racial discrimination, denial of basic necessities and medical treatment, and a complete failure to process asylum claims.”

A border patrol officer “lashed at [one Haitian migrant] with split reins,” according to the complaint. The complaint does not allege the border patrol officer actually lashed the migrant.

The lawsuit also challenges the legality of the Trump-era Title 42 immigration policy, which allows law enforcement officials to expel migrant family units from the country. Thousands of Haitian migrants have been flown back home by the federal government since August.

The lawsuit is being filed by groups that get funding from Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook profits.

According to a press release from Justice Action Center, Haitian Bridge Alliance’s Nicole Phillips is one of the attorneys on the case.

Haitian Bridge Alliance receives funding from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI). Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan are co-founders and co-CEOs of CZI. Their initiative “makes grants to organizations working in support of our missions in Science, Education, and Justice & Opportunity – as well as giving directed to our local community.”

CZI has awarded approximately $2.9 billion in grants to support institutions. Haitian Bridge Alliance is one of the groups that received funding grants from CZI.

Haitian Bridge Alliance received at least three grants from CZI in 2020, totaling $170,000. First, CZI gave Haitian Bridge a $100,000 grant “for general operating support.” On top of that, CZI gave the organization $20,000 “for COVID-19 rapid response funding.” Finally, Zuckerberg’s initiative granted the Alliance $50,000 for “responsive equity work centering Black migrants and asylum-seekers.”

This group opposes the administration’s policy of flying more Haitian migrants home.

Administration officials adopted that policy after thousands of Haitian migrants pushed across the border river at Del Rio, and after agency officials sent the horse-mounted officers to block further crossings.

The lawsuit’s controversy stems from photos of border patrol agents on horseback chasing down Haitian migrants that went viral in September. Corporate media and Democrat politicians falsely claimed that the border patrol agents used reins to whip the Haitian migrants. However, this narrative was later disproved, which led to the New York Times correcting their story.

The photographer who captured the clash between border patrol officials and the Haitian migrants said his photos have “really been misconstrued.” He also told local news he “didn’t ever see them (the agents) whip anybody.”

Despite the false narrative being debunked, the plaintiffs rely on it in their legal filing. In the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that a border patrol officer “lashed at [one Haitian migrant] with split reins.”

COVID Relief Money Collected By South Jersey Street Gang That Terrorized Community: Prosecutor

NEW JERSEY – Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Pemberton Township Police Chief David King announced that six members of a Sunbury Village-based street gang have been charged with operating a criminal enterprise that is accused of carrying out multiple shootings – including two homicides – along with committing burglary, intimidating witnesses, possessing numerous firearms and fraudulently obtaining more than $125,000 in pandemic relief funds from the federal government.

Eight others have been charged for their role in helping the organization, known as the Gotti Boy Movement (GBM), perpetrate the COVID-related financial scam.

Those accused of running GBM were charged with Racketeering, a first-degree crime that alleges they conspired to commit violent crimes to further their criminal enterprise. They are:

Tayron Brown, 25, of Heather Street in Pemberton Township

Kavon Carter, 24, of Rancocas Road in Mount Holly

Brandon Clifton, 23, of White Pine Court in Pemberton Township

Javon Forman, 21, of Delap Court in Pemberton Township

Kyree Weathers, 24, of Lawrence Drive in Pemberton Township

Sylas Young, 19, of Cornell Avenue in Pemberton Township

The criminal actions identified in support of the racketeering charge began in September 2014, when shots were fired at a Pemberton Township police officer who was sitting in a cruiser in Sunbury Village. Brown and Carter are alleged to have participated in the shooting.

Clifton is waiting to be tried on murder charges for the March 2017 fatal shooting of Shaquille Williams in Sunbury Village. Clifton’s co-defendant in that case, Douglas Lewis, was found guilty in September 2021 and sentenced to 58 years in New Jersey state prison.

Weathers is awaiting trial on a 2020 firearms charge. Forman was found guilty that same year of burglary and a weapons violation, and was charged in February 2021 with possession of an assault weapon with a 40-round magazine containing armor-piercing rounds.

More recently, violent acts allegedly committed by GBM members have occurred in other communities, not just Pemberton Township.

Carter and Young have been charged in connection with the slaying of 18-year-old Yahsinn Robinson in April in Willingboro. Young was charged with Murder (First Degree), and both he and Carter were charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder (First Degree) and Gang Criminality (First Degree).

The investigation into Robinson’s death revealed that GBM had a long-running dispute with certain residents of the Buckingham Park section of Willingboro, where Robinson lived. Robinson, a Willingboro High School student who was returning home from his part-time job when killed, was not involved in the conflict.

A week later, in the same section of Willingboro, a woman was hit in the leg and a toddler was grazed across his backside by shots fired into their home. Young has been charged with both shootings.

26-Year-Old DACA Recipient Sentenced To 28 Years In Prison Over Child Pornography Charges

The Department of Justice announced last week that 26-year-old Coyoami Miguel-Ruiz had been sentenced to 28 years in prison after being found guilty of using social media to entice minors into performing sexual acts and producing pornography in exchange for money. In a statement given to The Daily Wire, Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed that Miguel-Ruiz had first come to the United States as an illegal alien in the late 1990s and was granted deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA) status sometime thereafter.

In a press release last Friday, the DOJ announced that Miguel-Ruiz had been residing in Asheville, North Carolina, and had “used Snapchat and other messaging apps popular with teenagers to contact at least 15 minor females in the Asheville area for the purpose of inducing the minors to produce sexually explicit images and engage in sex acts with him in exchange for money.”

In the spring of 2020, “[Asheville Police Department] officers arrested Miguel and seized numerous electronic devices. A forensic analysis of the devices revealed that Miguel possessed dozens of videos and images of teenage girls engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Some of the videos also depicted Miguel engaging in sex acts with the minors,” the release noted. “As Miguel previously admitted in court, the defendant used the mobile payment service Cash App to pay the underage victims for the child pornography and sex acts.”

After being arrested, Miguel-Ruiz’s DACA status was terminated. DACA was created by President Barack Obama to protect children who were brought to the U.S. illegally by their parents prior to their 16th birthday from deportation.

ICE confirmed to The Daily Wire that upon completion of jail time, the federal agency will seek to begin the process of deportation:

“Coyoami Miguel-Ruiz, a 26-year-old undocumented migrant from Mexico, illegally entered the United States on Jan. 6, 1996, and was subsequently granted deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA). On May 12, 2020, Miguel-Ruiz was arrested on child exploitation charges and his DACA status was terminated.”

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) lodged a detainer on Miguel-Ruiz with the Buncombe County Jail in Asheville, North Carolina, Oct. 14, 2020, following the termination of his DACA status.”

“On Dec. 16, Miguel-Ruiz was convicted and sentenced for possession of child pornography and using a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct in the Western District of North Carolina. Upon his release from prison, ICE will seek to take custody of Miguel-Ruiz and place him in immigration removal proceedings.”

A spokesman for the APD told The Daily Wire that Miguel-Ruiz’s case represents “how serious this type of crime is and how determined our detectives are in investigating it. Simply put, pornography involving juveniles and the solicitation for such heinous behavior is something Chief [David] Zack and APD officers take very seriously. And we are also appreciative of the other agencies who assisted to bring about this outcome.”

The DOJ press release notes that if Miguel-Ruiz is “not deported or later returns” to the U.S., he be will be ordered to serve a lifetime of supervised release and to register as a sex offender.
