Perhaps you should read up on how VPNs work. I have a free one. I downloaded it to my computer. I'm sure thousands, maybe millions of others did the same. Amongst those people, there are many IPs that can be accessed. Hey, guess what? Some IPs can be accessed by multiple people ON THE SAME DAY, IN THE SAME WEEK etc. HOW DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THIS?
