Ok,
here's a farfetched theory.
DS was stopped from perfecting their bioweapon.
Trump got to work on another "vaccine" which would prevent said weapon from working.
DS decided to go with an inferior version of bioweapon.
Why?
Those inferior products were supposed to end up turning people off from any future Trump remedy.
They needed high profile people dying or getting ill even after taking their inferior products so the general population would no longer trust what Trump may have come up with,
which is not yet released.
