Notables are hit or miss, so having notable posts is not a valid point to make (have you even read some of the shit that makes notables? Not saying it’s all shit, quite the contrary actually but some of the nonsense that makes “notables” is disappointing to say the least.
Also, have you looked back on notables to find something only to come up empty handed? Many get deleted once a few breads go by.
Staying on topic is a great way to keep the conversation going I agree. Staying on topic is not a rule nor a law which can result in banning, it is also not what this platform is or has been about (which is the freedom to converse freely without censorship or in this case IP banning). I don’t recall ever claiming this board is the problem nor have I seen others make that claim (although they may have and I missed it), the problem I see is BV throwing his/her weight around blanket banning IPs, locking breads, disrupting normal routes to the board and choosing topics to be discussed. The information posted and normal flow of conversation dictate what topics become more prominent over others. If a topic is shit, it won’t gain any traction. No one has the authority over what I decide to research and/or post so long as it is not in violation of board/platform rules.
Shills are a problem and best to assume they will always be here. Once you figure them out, they are rather easy to spot. This is important as it helps with waiting through the utter shit that is bound to be in any platform such as this.
I know I wrote a lot but my post isn’t really for you at all, it’s for other anons who may not yet understand how SHILLS work.
