Help, frens! Is anyone here from New York City, or KNOW the situation there?

I ask because a friend who is NOT vaxxed is scheduled to go with her daughter (who unfortunately IS vaxxed) to NYC. The daughter is moving there and my friend is going to help her.

But she's wondering if she will "have to" reluctantly get the death-shot, because there's a vax mandate in NYC. It's her understanding that you can't do anything there without the shot.

Am trying to find info that will prevent her from doing this to herself (and yes, she will listen) … are people in NYC ignoring this illegal mandate? Are some businesses fighting back? Anything you can tell me will be appreciated, thank you
