Son had this same side effect to the extreme the first time he took Ivermectin. It didn't come back with subsequent use. I had a very mild, similar reaction. It fades within 24 hours. We decided that it must have been a parasite of some sort. He did have a moment when he saw something white and wiggly-like a king-sized 'floater'. I did not experience that.
