I would not ignore it, but not because I believe it represents "helper anons."
I would treat the concept of "helper anons" with suspicion. Whoever is posting is trying to draw undue attention to their posts by using a format similar to Q.
Keep in line with prior shill tactics. Remember the pelicanfag who suggested 'don't filter or you will miss the clues?' - they are following up on that strategy.
There may be people aware of the plan who are posting here to help, but I doubt they are trying to draw attention to themselves like this. I could be wrong - but I would flag this in the territory of 'plausible hostile' until otherwise confirmed. Be aware that hostile operatives do still have some means at their disposal and will attempt to give these 'helpers' more credibility.
Unfortunately, there is littke way to know for certain until the cards are down. We just have to be able to work within sets of unknowns for a while.
