Wouldn't that be the job of a competent (non-corrupt) justice system? Seems to be enough circumstantial evidence, at least enough to pass the ham sandwich threshold wrt to Hunter.
Using the power of an elected office to force prosecutions is what Trump has been complaining about since 2015. Not being a hypocrite must now be character flaw, I guess. The bigger issue would be if Trump said he would block an investigation if it originated from LE, or that he would issue a pardon, if it involved the Bidan gang.
