Tweeting (even as prolifically as POTUS did) and spending hours on the internet researching things are not the same anon. At my workplace, everyone's an 'internet expert' ~(after all they do their banking and shopping online) - these are the same ones who put a full website into a search engine instead of the address bar and going straight there, and double click web links. They're also the ones who click dumb shit and set of the security measures.
