this may have already been covered by someone but i didnt see it in notables so that's the guy i'm going to be looking for because no coincidences. doesn't seem to be much on him out there. Flood was a law clerk for Ralph K. Winter on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.[8][9]

So I don't really know what his allegiance is. He has certainly worked with a lot of the evil that we hunt here so its not hard to start seeing him as evil, but I dunno. "Flood is coming" doesn't sound like a line Q would use to herald the arrival of the enemy so there's reason to think he is good, too. Evil until otherwise determined? he seems like he could be a spook just based on the type and quantity of information available on him and the catholic thing could go either way as well (JFK was Catholic I believe, but so is the pope) If anyone else can take a look I would definitely appreciate it.
