The power exerted by Khashoggi and Moss was not limited to Khashoggi’s access to funds and women. By the 1970s, Moss was chairman of the elite Safari Club in Kenya, where he invited Khashoggi in as majority owner.

Obviously the property owned by Khashoggi and Moss in Kenya should not be confused with the intelligence operation of the same name. But it would be wrong also to make a radical separation between the two: the two men Khashoggi and Moss would appear to be part of this supranational intelligence milieu.

Specifically Khashoggi’s activities of corruption by sex and money, after they too were somewhat curtailed by Senator Church’s post-Watergate reforms, appear to have been taken up by the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI), a bank where Khashoggi’s friend and business partner Kamal Adham, the Saudi intelligence chief and Safari Club member, was a part-owner.

Bank of Credit and Commerce International

The Bank of Credit and Commerce International, (BCCI) was a financial organisation which was protected and used by the CIA.

Kevin Ryan summarised it as a "CIA-linked terrorist financing network". Peter Dale Scott wrote in The American Deep State that it is "clear that throughout the 1980s the American deep state in Washington was involved with BCCI and protected it."

Acting CIA Director Richard Kerr stated to a senate committee "that the CIA had used BCCI for certain intelligence-gathering operations"

The group worked with the Banque Arabe et Internationale d'Investissments.

The company itself divided into BCCI Holdings with the bank under that splitting into BCCI SA (Luxembourg) and BCCI Overseas (Grand Cayman).

BCCI also acquired parallel banks through acquisitions: buying the Banque de Commerce et Placements (BCP) of Geneva in 1976, and creating KIFCO (Kuwait International Finance Company), Credit & Finance Corporation Ltd, and a series of Cayman-based companies held together as ICIC (International Credit and Investment Company Overseas, International Credit and Commerce [Overseas], etc.).

Overall, BCCI expanded from 19 branches in five countries in 1973 to 27 branches in 1974, to 108 branches in 1976, with assets growing from $200 million to $1.6 billion

BCCI was the Bank of Credit and Commerce International, a dirty offshore bank that then-President Ronald Reagan's Central Intelligence Agency used to run guns to Hussein, finance Osama bin Laden, move money in the illegal Iran-Contra operation and carry out other "agency" black ops.

The Bushes also benefited privately; one of the bank's largest Saudi investors helped bail out George W. Bush's troubled oil investments.

BCCI was founded in 1972 by a Pakistani banker, Agha Hasan Abedi, with the support of Sheik Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan, ruler of Abu Dhabi and head of the United Arab Emirates. Its corporate strategy was money laundering. It became the banker for drug and arms traffickers, corrupt officials, financial fraudsters, dictators and terrorists.

The CIA used BCCI Islamabad and other branches in Pakistan to funnel some of the $2 billion that Washington sent to Osama bin Laden's Mujahadeen to help fight the Soviets in Afghanistan. It moved the cash the Pakistani military and government officials skimmed from U.S. aid to the Mujahadeen. It also moved money as required by the Saudi intelligence services.

The "Famous" 7th floor group

The 7th Floor Group was a group of US State Department officials who met regularly on the 7th floor of the Harry S. Truman Building in Washington, DC, that was exposed in Autumn 2016. The FBI referred to the group as a "shadow government" inside the State Department, which briefly attracted the attention of commercially-controlled media.

The group appears to have formed around Hillary Clinton, although no direct evidence has yet emerged to tie her to the group. Most if not all remaining members had their employment terminated on 17 February 2017

The group was first exposed on 17 October 2016 by a reference in an FBI investigation report arising from the Hillary Clinton email controversy. Interest has been heightened by the fact that FBI documents refer to it as a "shadow government" inside the US State Department.[1] By November 2016, another suspected reference to the group was in the public record, an email on Wikileaks by Roberta S. Jacobson to her "7th floor colleagues.

On 7 February 2018 the US Senate released a set of (redacted) SMSs between Peter Strzok and "his alleged mistress Lisa Page".[4] One from 28 July 2016 reads: "This article highlights the thing I mentioned to you earlier, asking if Bill had noted it to 7th floor. I'm going to send it to him". Strzok had previously referred to a "'secret society' of folks within the Department of Justice and the FBI

The 7th Floor Group met on Wednesday afternoons and discussed FOIA requests and the Congressional record in order to contain particularly sensitive information, and how best to release other information.CNBC reported in October 2016 that the group had "argued for a Clinton document release to be conducted all at once "for coordination purposes" instead of on a rolling basis as would normally be the case"

A 2015 report for The Washington Examiner was entitled "State Department Inspector General officials edited out passages of a high-profile report in [February] 2013 that could have embarrassed Hillary Clinton just days before she quit President Obama's Cabinet." This compared a report published in 2013 with earlier drafts that were provided by whistleblower Richard Higbie. The Examiner states that "The unexplained gaps in the final version, and the removal of passages that would have damaged the State Department, call into question the independence of Harold Geisel, who was State's temporary inspector general throughout Clinton's four years at the head of the department."

One such passage, present in the draft but not in the final report states that "Sources reported that a senior '7th Floor' Department official ordered [diplomatic security] to stop the investigation of an ambassador accused of pedophilia, and another such senior official had [diplomatic security] stop an investigation of an ambassador-designate"

The Secretary's suite was a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility which also had a DSS security detachment outside of the office.

Meetings are attended by the Secretary of State John Kerry, Deputy Chief of Staff Jennifer Stout, Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources, Kennedy, Assistant Secretary Julia Frifield, and unnamed members of the Office of the Legal Adviser.[

Theresa May's Father, Reverend Hubert Brasier, was born on 20th August 1917 at 61 Clonmore Street, Wandsworth, London. Like many people a century ago, his was a home birth. Hubert’s father, Tom Brasier, was a military man.

He had served as a sergeant in the King's Royal Rifles, but was a clerk by the time Hubert was born. Hubert's mother's maiden name was Amy Margaret Patterson and they had married 8 years prior in Hampshire. Amy and Tom’s first son, James David Brasier, had died within a year of his birth in 1911 in Uttaranchal, India, where Tom Brasier had been deployed whilst in service. Two years later, in 1919, Hubert was joined by his younger sister and only other sibling Jean Robina Brasier.

By 1938, Hubert Brasier was 21 years old and attending Leeds University. On the 27th April 1939, preempting World War 2, Neville Chamberlain’s cabinet introduced limited conscription. Single men between the ages of 20 to 22 were now eligible to be called up for compulsory military service. A month later the ‘Military Training Act’ was passed in the UK Houses of Parliament. On the 3rd of September 1939 WW2 began and the ‘Military Training Act’ became the ‘National Service (Armed Forces) Act’ which increased liability of call up to men aged 18 to 40.

In the year 1940 Hubert Brasier, then 23, had a decision to make. As a man of his age in the early years of WW2 he was probably heading to fight the Nazi Wehrmacht, or heading to defend British colonial outposts. Hubert Brasier felt his only path was that of the Anglican-Catholic Church, and he joined the priests at the Community of the Resurrection Seminary School in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.

In years to come the Community of the Resurrection would become known for the systematic sexual abuse of children at the seminary by the Italian Verona brothers, who were rampant sex offenders in the 1960’s and 1970’s. However the seminary in Mirfield in the early 1940’s was just about to start welcoming its first refugee children.

In December 1941 mass bombing of Sheffield and other northern industrial towns meant many children were evacuated to the countryside. The residents of Mirfield were some of the first to support the war effort and receive evacuees.

The Community of the Resurrection had only been founded at the later part of the 1800’s. The people of Mirfield took some time getting used to having the single young men of the seminary walking around the village. One Mirfield resident recalled them being referred to as ‘The Petticoat Men of t’Resurrection’. In the early 1900’s the residents of Mirfield grew suspicious of the men of god and this climaxed to a protest outside the Black Bull in Mirfield proper. Father Frere, a talented musician who was popular with the locals, stood on a chair and used his preaching talents to good effect.

The community of Mirfield and the Community of the Resurrection were a tight knit unit by the 1940’s. When the northern industrial hub of England began to be targeted by the Luftwaffe nightly, many children from all over England were evacuated to communities such as Mirfield. Franklin child prostitution ring

Wikipedia's corresponding page is called the "Franklin child prostitution ring allegations", representing the official narrative that there is still controversy about their truth.

Several victims testified to repeated sexual abuse. "When the Franklin case first came to light in 1988-90, numerous child victim-witnesses, including Paul Bonacci and Alisha Owen, testified to investigators for the Nebraska Senate’s Franklin committee, that a man named 'Rusty Nelson' was the private photographer of King, and that Nelson, at King’s direction, had taken thousands of pictures of incidents of sexual abuse.

Chief Wadman, named by Owen as her primary abuser, “investigated” charges of pornography which had been lodged against Nelson, but Wadman found that Nelson was “involved in a legitimate business,” though Wadman had to acknowledge that Nelson was living in an apartment rented for him by King. Shortly thereafter, Nelson disappeared from Nebraska, until he showed up as a surprise witness in court on Feb. 5, 1999. Some years later after his disappearance, Nelson had been arrested by police in Portland, Oregon, on pornography charges

On June 21, 1991, 21-year-old Alisha Jahn Owen was pronounced guilty by a jury in Douglas County, Nebraska, on eight counts of felony perjury. On August 8, 1991, she was sentenced to serve nine to twenty-seven years in prison.[3] This, despite a law giving immunity to those who name their abusers in sex abuse cases.

Paul Bonacci named his abusers in front of the Franklin Jury. He was initially indicted on charges of perjury but in 1999 he won a $1 million law-suit against Larry King with the help of his lawyer John DeCamp

Troy Boner testified to investigator Gary Caradori‎ of repeated rape and sexual abuse.Boner later recanted this testimony after his brother, Shawn Boner, was fatally shot in suspicious circumstances. Alisha Owen was convicted of perjury partly on his evidence in court. Boner later reported in a re-recantation in the film Conspiracy of Silence that he had been threatened by the FBI. He died of a suspected drug overdose in 2003.

One day before his fatal plane crash, investigator Gary Caradori‎ claimed to have the principals of the Franklin child prostitution ring "by the short hairs."Others who have suffered premature death in connection with the Franklin child prostitution ring include Craig Spence, Kathleen Sorenson, Newt Copple, Clare Howard, Mike Lewis, Joe Malek, Bill Baker, Aaron Owen, Charlie Rogers, Dan Ryan, Bill Skoleski, Curtis Tucker and Harmon Tucker.

US Senator and lawyer John DeCamp‎ has lead the exposure of this event. He wrote the book Franklin Cover-Up about it.

The New York Times had a large article about the Franklin child prostitution on its coverpage. Subsequent coverage by commercially-controlled media has been more guarded. Gary Caradori was an independent researcher hired to investigate the Franklin child prostitution ring. As former Law Enforcement, a trained investigator and interviewer he had sufficient credibility to be employed by the Nebraska legislature.[

He interviewed a number of victims and obtained such damning evidence that on 10 July 1990 - in a foreshadowing of a boast made decades later by Sunny Sheu - Caradori called his boss, Nebraska State Senator Loran Schmit, to inform him that they now had the subjects of their investigation "by the short hairs." The next morning however, he died in a small plane crash. His other personal effects were recovered, but the briefcase of evidence was lost.

In November and December 1989, Caradori interviewed Alisha Owen, Troy Boner, and Danny King (no relation to Larry King), all in their early 20s.

Owen was serving time in the Nebraska Center for Women at York for writing bad checks, while Boner and Danny King were living in the Omaha area. Caradori recorded their sworn testimony on over 20 hours of videotape, where they described being flown around the country as child prostitutes, involved in sadistic orgies as part of the Franklin child prostitution ring. Larry King, they said, had organized it all.

Gary Caradori was killed on 11 July 1990, between 2:40 a.m. and 2:57 a.m. four miles south of Ashton in north-central Illinois, about 100 miles west of Chicago, according to the sheriff's office. John DeCamp wrote in his book, The Franklin Cover-Up that "A farmer reported he saw a flash of light, heard an explosion, and saw the plane plunge to the ground. The eyewitness account of the flash of light and the explosion was on the early edition of television news in Nebraska, but was pulled from subsequent reports which said that the plane exploded on impact", strewing wreckage over a mile.

Loran Schmit submitted an affidavit stating that he had been warned that Caradori’s life was in danger.Two years later, the National Transportation Safety Board concluded that the wings of Caradori's plane snapped off due to stress. His personal effects were returned to his widow, but not the briefcase in which he kept the results of his investigation - that went missing. A 2017 FOIA request by Muckrock turned up no responsive documents

Caradori's death frightened at least one of those whom Caradori interviewed. However, it inspired Troy Boner to recant his original recantation, and give an interview for Conspiracy of Silence, the investigative documentary into the Franklin child prostitution ring which was made by Tim Tate but suddenly pulled from the schedules and as of 2016, has never been broadcast in USA.

In 1991 EIR termed Caradori's crash "suspicious".In 2014 Wayne Madsen blamed the FBI for the event.

After his death, the commercially-controlled media tried to paint the man as a “crank” who “badgered witnesses” towards a “predestined conclusion”. GQ magazine wrote a story after he was dead that described him as a “delusional investigator.” Some transcripts and videos of interviews carried out by Gary Caradori survived him and have found their way onto YouTube
