Love Worth Finding Daily Devotional for 01/26/2021:

PRAY OVER THIS

“All things were created through Him and for Him. …And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.”

(Colossians 1:16b, 18)

PONDER THIS

In Colossians 1:16, “For” is a preposition that speaks of direction. We in America have been invaded by Eastern religions. Eastern religions are circular. Everything goes round and round. Followers of these religions believe in reincarnation. And so you have to live with good karma. And if your karma is not good, then in your next life you may come back as a roach. But if you’ve been good, you might come back as a cow. That’s the reason someone might not eat meat. He might be eating his ancestor.

But life and history are not circular. It is all headed in a direction. The Bible is linear. We’re moving to the time when the kingdoms of this world will become the kingdoms of our Lord and His Christ. That’s the reason He taught us to pray, “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10 KJV). I can hardly wait.

God heard Anons across the world praying in unison last night @ 7pm. Our prayers reached Heaven and the Holy Spirit was in our midst. These prayers WILL be answered. I don’t believe for one second that TPTB are done and that we will be moving on from COVID hysteria henceforth. I fully expect major moves by TPTB, including more severe lockdowns in 2022, to secure the 2022 elections or at least to minimize the red wave.

Jesus instructs us to tarry until He comes again. He doesn’t tell us to be idle. Some people misinterpret the scriptures and think we’re to do nothing but take it on the chin until Jesus comes back to make everything right. I don’t agree with that interpretation at all. Jesus doesn’t want us to be lazy and idle. He wants and expects us to be active with the mindset that He is indeed coming back to set things right. We will all be held accountable for what we did or did not do while tarrying. That’s what I sincerely believe.

You are correct that she doesn’t test them herself, she just gets told who tests positive and who doesn’t so she’ll know what protocols to follow, rooms to use, etc. With that said, something is kilIing people who are said to have tested positive for COVID. It’s mostly elderly people and people with comorbidities, but, like I said, the depopulationists will take it as a win for their purposes. She’s seen quite a few fully vaccinated + booster patients with positive COVID results and with complications (heart related mostly) that coincided with getting the vax.

Revelation is difficult to interpret and many Biblical scholars have differing opinions on what various passages in the Book really mean. I do understand that water is an allegory to multitudes of peoples. I don’t think the red wave (political) is what Revelation refers to though. Some believe we are in the Tribulation now, but I say we ain’t seen nothing yet in so far as the Tribulation spoken of in Revelation. Our current trials and calamities pale in comparison to what is spoken of in Revelation. With that said, we are and have been in a spiritual battle and it will be that way until Christ returns and puts Satan and his demons in their proper place. Then, 1000 years of peace. That’s how I interpret it at least, but I’m open to the possibility that I have it all wrong. Either way, I trust God to see me through to the end of my mortal existence and to give me the wisdom to know what I need to know.

I don’t think we’re in the Tribulation yet, therefore I don’t think the 2 witnesses are here yet, or at least active yet. What we’re going through right now is like a Sunday picnic in complete to the plagues and catastrophes written about in Revelation.

Relative to what you’re saying, I recall a news story of a semi carrying vaccines overturning somewhere and that the NG was called out to deal with the cleanup instead of the local fire department and/or HazMat teams. I thought that was quite odd and the story only appeared briefly before being quickly swept away.

Biblical scholars = teachers. Many, if not most, are pastors. Jesus did ordain pastors to preach the Gospel. Paul describes the Church structure/hierarchy and their responsibilities in great detail. Yes, the Holy Spirit gives us wisdom to understand the scriptures but God also gives us pastors and teachers to help us. I won’t pretend that I have it all figured out, but I will trust the Holy Spirit to guide me and keep me on the right path.

BTW, John MacArthur’s Grace to You ministry is a great resource. I also like Andrew Wommack. I feel like both of them are true men of God and they are both great at making some of the more complex scriptures understandable.
