It will help, but most face rash these days is fungal, the horse paste seems to help some against fungal infections, but I don't think it completely clears up the roseacea. Fungus takes up residence in the liver. Need antifungal meds with simultaneous topical zinc oxide IMO. Precipitated sulfur if you can get it - they stopped making it because it's safe & cheap antifungal. Most of not all products that claim to have sulfur are not precipitated - near-atomic scale. It's non-dissolvable
