He believes in vaccines. He believes he saved millions of lives. He has said as much from the beggining of this thing. At least he didnt want to force it upon anyone.
People are acting shocked.. they just didn't listen/hear what he has been saying all along. There's no secret message, he is sticking to what he believes. He was/is misinformed/mislead.
