Syrian Army Uncovers Anti-Aircraft Missiles Left Behind By ISIS In Deir Ezzor City

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has uncovered a workshop in the ruins of Abu Abid district in Deir Ezzor city where ISIS terrorists stored, maintained and attempted to develop anti-aircraft missiles and other weapon systems.

The state-run Syrian Arab News Agency shared photos from the workshop, which was abandoned by ISIS terrorists many years ago, on December 26.

Inside the workshop, ISIS terrorists stored a number of Soviet-made MANPADs [man-portable air-defense systems] which were apparently dysfunctional or in need of maintenance. MANPADs launch systems and batteries were also stored there.

Moreover, several Soviet-made anti-aircraft infrared-guided R-13m and R-60 were found in the workshop. ISIS terrorists were apparently attempting to convert these air-to-air missiles, which were most certainly seized from SAA stockpiles, into ground-to-air missiles.

Former CBP Commissioner Mark Morgan: Joe Biden Let 600,000 Migrants Illegally Enter Without Testing or Vaccine Mandate

Mark Morgan, former acting commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, said on Thursday’s edition of the Breitbart News Daily podcast with host Alex Marlow that the Biden administration exempts migrants crossing the southern border from coronavirus testing and vaccine mandates while imposing such decrees on Americans.

President Joe Biden has repeatedly framed acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination as a “patriotic” action, most recently linking vaccines with “patriotism” and getting vaccinated as a “patriotic duty.”

Morgan said, “[Joe Biden] said that it’s unpatriotic for you not to get a vaccine. Meanwhile, it’s this president’s policies that have incentivized two million apprehensions during his first eleven and a half months of office. Another number that’s very important: 600,000 got-aways, That’s 600,000 illegal aliens that have broken into our country and invaded, and why? Because 60, 70 percent of our Border Patrol resources are pulled off the front line, pulled off the national security mission to process two million [migrants].”

Morgan said none of the migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border since Biden’s inauguration have been screened as to their vaccination status or tested for COVID-19.

“Three million [migrants] in 12 months that tried to illegally enter our country,” he stated, “and guess what? Guess how many are being tested, and guess how many are being mandated to be vaccinated. Zero. So of the three million that have attempted — the six hundred thousand that have been successful, the other six, seven hundred thousand that this administration has allowed in to illegally enter — they’re not testing them, nor is there any vaccine mandate for those individuals, and they’re being flown to every town, city, and state in this country. On what planet does that make sense?””

He concluded, “The president gets out and talks about the variant, and how it’s our patriotic duty to get vaccinated, while he knows that he’s allowing in tens of thousands every single week into this country unvaccinated, and we know that a minimum of 25 percent of the illegal aliens crossing our borders have active COVID.”

Whitmer kidnapping plot suspects seek dismissal of charges, say FBI invented conspiracy

"When the government was faced with evidence showing that the defendants had no interest in a kidnapping plot, it refused to accept failure," defense attorneys wrote.

Defense attorneys for five men accused of plotting to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-Mich.) are seeking a dismissal of the indictment, citing "egregious overreaching" by federal officials, who they say invented a conspiracy and entrapped the men.

If convicted in the alleged extremist kidnapping conspiracy, the five men – ​​Adam Fox, 38, Barry Croft, 46, Kaleb Franks, 27, Daniel Harris, 24, and Brandon Caserta, 33 – face up to life in prison.

"When the government was faced with evidence showing that the defendants had no interest in a kidnapping plot, it refused to accept failure and continued to push its plan," the mens' attorneys wrote.

The Detroit News reports that the 20-page motion for dismissal was filed Christmas night. Defense attorneys claim that Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents and federal prosecutors took advantage of frustration with Whitmer's stringent COVID-19 restrictions and created the conspiracy.

If U.S. District Judge Robert Jonker, a George W. Bush appointee, dismisses the kidnapping conspiracy charge as requested, the defense argues that it would dismantle the government's case and all remaining charges, which are related to the original charge.

The defense's request follows a series of issues related to the government's handling of the case. One of the lead FBI agents, Richard Trask, was arrested on a domestic violence charge, fired, and convicted of a misdemeanor. The FBI used Stephen Robeson as an informant despite having a lengthy criminal rap sheet. Robeson pleaded guilty to a firearm-related crime but was released under a plea deal.

"Essentially, the evidence here demonstrates egregious overreaching by the government’s agents, and by the informants those agents handled," the defense stated in the motion, filed more than three months before the trial's March 8 date.

"The government initiated this case, despite the fact that it knew there was no plan to kidnap, no operational plan, and no details about how a kidnapping would occur or what would happen afterward," the lawyers stated.

New Jersey Is First State to Pay Out MILLIONS Over Nursing Home COVID Deaths — Will NY, MI, PA and CA Follow?

New Jersey will pay out $53 million to settle claims that the state’s negligence contributed to the deaths of more than 100 veterans at state-run homes during the coronavirus pandemic.

Several Democrat-run states, including New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and California, had a policy not to turn away patients who had tested positive for the coronavirus. As a result COVID wiped out thousands of nursing home patients in these Democrat-run states.

A 2020 study revealed 45% of all US coronavirus deaths occurred in nursing homes.

Only 0.6% of the US population lives in nursing homes but over 45% of the coronavirus deaths were in these centers.

In August 2020 the Department of Justice requested data from four Democrat governors on their orders to send sick COVID-19 patients to nursing homes.

As TGP reported numerous times last year — Five Democrat governors sent COVID-19 patients into nursing homes.

But on Friday the Biden Department of Justice dropped all of the investigations into the Democrat governors who tossed the sick COVID patients into the nursing homes killing tens of thousands of American seniors.

Now New Jersey will pay out $53 million for their deadly mistake.

New Jersey will pay about $53 million to settle claims that the state’s negligence contributed to the deaths of more than 100 veterans at state-run homes during the coronavirus pandemic, attorneys representing the bulk of the claimants said Thursday.

The settlement reached this week involved the families of 119 residents of veterans homes in Paramus and Menlo Park, according to attorney Paul da Costa. Da Costa’s firm represented 72 of the claimants, who will receive about $32 million in total. The families had filed notices of intent to sue but hadn’t yet formally filed lawsuits, da Costa said.

“This settlement of course does not replace their lost loved ones who served their countries honorably, but it certainly represents a good measure of civil justice,” da Costa said. “My clients do take satisfaction in the fact that there has been a resolution that they believe gives a voice to their lost loved ones.”

More than 200 residents of the homes have died during the pandemic. Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy’s administration came under criticism in April 2020 when it directed veterans homes not to turn away patients who had tested positive, an order that was later rescinded.

In October 2020, the Justice Department sent a letter to Murphy questioning its nursing home death count and announced it was launching a formal investigation of the state’s veterans homes after receiving what it described as incomplete answers to an earlier request for data.
