Getting the vaccine is a choice. You want PDJT to run around and make people's choices for them? Dangerous freedom, right?
They are putting "Symptom-Free" in the headline to keep pushing the vaccine, and to drum up support for regular home testing. But to answer your question, they are doing it because of fear that they will begin to develop symptoms and die.
Everything that Putin is doing is being allowed as you know for a fact that he knows who's really in control of Biden. All the "deals" that PDJT didn't want to happen on his watch are going to happen on Biden's to add to the stink of his "presidency". Of course, it will all work out for the best in the end, and I think Putin and others know better than to try and push too far.
