Thank you, but as a 2005 graduate the question of satellite-based mobile phones versus a terrestrial network had been resolved and seems to preclude Mr. Todd from have participated in the research Q asked about. I think the scientists in question would have been researching and publishing in the 1985 to 1995 time frame.
