They made their choices, and they have to live with them.
It is not so much that. I do not feel disdain for them but I equally think many of them would have a hard time coming to Christ given how many of them choose to live.
I do feel pity for them to the extent that I wish they could all get hit by the Word, get filled with the Holy Spirit, and have the clarity of vision that faith in Christ gives you. I wish it was that simple but the noise in the world makes it difficult. Still, for anyone that even reaches a little, my hand is there to help pull them along.

I have not seen the admin back end of the board so I am not sure if the ability is there but generally, most applications that control flow can use IP or mac interchangeably. You would still have the problem with the vpns in that you will get some good with the bad but anybody else either direct-wired or through a router would get shut off.
