YES! This person gets it. The Principle of the Observer which this anon introduced to the physics community in 2006 or 2007.
The observation was based on two ideas:
1.) The idea that "all things are possible" with God. and
2.) The idea that humans are eternal witnesses who's testimonies can and will be counted as valid in the courts of heaven.
Summary: All things ARE still possible…Until they are witnessed by a human being to be X. Once that is done, since the witness can testify in the courts of heaven that "It was X" then all things are no longer possible for that particular event, but remain possible for all other as-of-yet- unwitnessed or unestablished (such as God creating thigs and setting them in place) things.
Long story but I was in an email chat with physics Dr. xyz. I explained how his theory regarding the Double Slit Experiment was incomplete because they were overlooking one important thing. He scoffed at me but couldn't help himself and asked me what the missing element was. So I told him.
I am certain that this was the event from which the Principle of the Observer (I called it the Principle of the Witness) was born. And I would bet $$$ that Dr. xyz is the one who claims credit.
