Russian MoD confirms both of my tweets, stating that no Syrian AD such as Pantsir and BUK were used due to a plane belonging to RuAF was landing at Khmeimim airbase.

 

They also confirmed that 4 missiles were fired by F-16s towards targets on the port. [Why I said 3/4 targets]
