Lederhosen were widespread among men of the Alpine and surrounding regions, including Bavaria, Austria, the Allgäu,Switzerland, the autonomous Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol (formerly part of Austria-Hungary) and Alpine area of today's Slovenia.
