can an anon plese explain how they determine a variant on a patient?

it's not coming from the swab, it's a +/- based on cycling can be false positive

the blood is only being tested by random sampling at the cdc & it's counterparts around the world some of which don't have a live virus sample.

So how are people going to the doctor and being told they have omicron!

and why is no one asking this question? remember when there was such a thing as investigative reporting?

journalist: "Here follow me as we go from swab to diagnosis"

is anyone getting their labs that say it?

where is that test?

If they are only finding the variant by random sampling then that means they are not testing each patient's blood right then and there.

Right?

If the variants are only found at the cdc by genomic testing then what test can they possibly do to verify that in a dr's office?
