The emergency services are closing the gates extraordinarily: Conscripts must not leave the barracks before 4 January
The Danish Emergency Management Agency calls the initiative "serious", but necessary to keep the infection out and ensure a healthy preparedness for operations in the country.
Even though the new year is just around the corner, the 400 conscripts at the Danish Emergency Management Agency's barracks will not return home immediately.
The gates are closed at the emergency services' five centers in Denmark until and including 4 January. This is done to keep the infection out and to ensure that Denmark has a healthy and healthy preparedness, should the need arise.
