Reminder: The approved Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine has a brand name, it's called COMIRNATY.
The FDA granted the biological license back on August 23rd (https://www.fda.gov/media/151710/download). As of today, it is still unavailable anywhere in the United States. The FDA pulled a bait-and-switch (https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/childrens-health-defense-sues-fda-pfizer-comirnaty-covid-vaccine/) to make American public believe they are taking the approved vaccines when they are in fact still receiving the EUA ones that give the manufacturers complete immunity from lawsuits for adverse effects.

The CMS vaccine mandate will now impact the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming are not impacted at this time, according to CMS.
In the states where the vaccine mandate cannot be enforced, CMS surveyors “should not undertake any efforts” to bring facilities under compliance, said the memo.
