Prob.. your immune system keeps the bugs in check. We all have candida, but Overgrowth results from weakened immune systems. Thrush and yeast infections are examples of it gone wild.
Don’t be afraid of fungus. Look up coconut oil, tea tree oil (melaleuca) and nystatin.
