They are going down. It's over. 70-75% of public investment capital in RE, and there are no more greater fools. All of it was a ponzi, built on greed and fraud. The question is how much of it will spread to the rest of the world. Maybe a catastrophic amount, maybe containable, anon is unsure. And of course the burning question is whether the CCP will move militarily before it openly collapses.
