Anon most of my clocks just include posts that fall at the same marker (minute) as the current news. Also include the mirror (:30 minute delta) and the marker reflected in the :55 line.
Sometimes I will include posts with a relevant :HH :MM or :SS marker. My interpretation of "wind the clock with all markers".
Try to build from a starting point (usually an older clock) as news unlocks the map and future proves past. Here is an example.
