18 USC 242 "Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law"
There are some serious fucking penalties for violating this federal statute by any office holder whether elected, appointed or in this case, "hired" as cops are.
We hear little to nothing about this statue and I think it's a safe bet that the SJW's in the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ are A Okay with not enforcing it under this AG.
There perhaps could be a civil equivalent in which citizens could bring a cause of action against any offical or cop and maybe it's time to try this. Sue the offical in their official capacity, sue the officers in their offical capacity but also enjoin them personally. Perhaps if there are any law fags here maybe they could provide some insight into the possibility of doing this.
To my knowledge, No state legislature has passed and no governor has signed into law any kind of legislation mandating mask, mandating the vaccine or mandating any other edicts that violate the rights of citizens and to be sitting in a fucking restaurant with your child and then be dragged out of that restaurant over this shit is outrageous. Just wondering what this Eric Adams is going to do? He can put a stop to all of this shit. As for the Cops, are they obeying and enforcing illegal orders from their superiors? I'm fortunate enough to be living in a very red area and that shit here would fly like a brick. Even if it did cross the minds of our elected officials the citizens in this area would tell them all to fuck off properly.
