France Bans Eating and Drinking at Theaters, Sports Venues and on Public Transit Amid Covid Surge

Over the summer French President Emmanuel Macron announced that a Covid passport would be required in order to enter restaurants and theaters.

Facebook Fact-Checking Group Apologizes For Wrongly Flagging Article Questioning Face Masks In Schools

A Facebook fact-checking group on Tuesday admitted that it had incorrectly flagged an article by Reason magazine that questioned whether or not wearing face masks in schools can limit outbreaks of COVID-19.

Science Feedback, a fact-checking organization partnered with Facebook, flagged a Reason article on Facebook written by Robby Soave and titled “The Study That Convinced the CDC To Support Mask Mandates in Schools Is Junk Science.”

The organization had said the article contained “false information, checked by independent fact-checkers” and its writer received a disclaimer noting that “pages and websites that repeatedly publish or share false news will see their overall distribution reduced and be restricted in other ways,” according to Reason.

Soave said the article contained information regarding several other subjects too but that Facebook had “made matters fairly clear that the fact-checkers were taking issue with the part about masks in schools.”

The Reason senior editor noted that when people attempted to share the article on Facebook, they were greeted with a warning message which redirected them to an article by Science Feedback. That article states that “masking can help limit transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in schools” and that it is inaccurate to say that “there’s no science behind masks on kids.”

“Since I had never made this claim, it was odd to see it fact-checked. Indeed, the purveyor of false information here was Science Feedback, which had given people the erroneous impression that my article said something other than what I had actually written,” Soave wrote, noting that the source for his article was a piece published by The Atlantic’s David Zweig titled “The CDC’s Flawed Case for Wearing Masks in School.”

The Atlantic article, published earlier this month, had suggested that the CDC’s claims that schools without mask mandates have triple the risk of COVID outbreaks was based on “very shaky science.”

“My claims were not really unique at all; rather, I had summarized impressive, original research performed by Zweig that demonstrated that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) had relied on a flawed study to conclude the school mask mandates were beneficial,” Soave wrote.

“Neither Zweig’s article nor mine makes the claim that masks don’t work on kids, or that masks fail to limit transmission in schools. Both addressed a single study that concerned mask mandates,” Soave noted.

US Navy seizes drugs worth millions

The latest US Navy drugs bust is part of more than $193 million-worth of narcotics seizures in 2021

The US Navy has announced the confiscation of a huge cache of heroin, worth an estimated $4 million, which was seized from a fishing vessel in the Arabian Sea.

American personnel aboard the USS Tempest and USS Typhoon were working as part of an international task force while conducting a “flag verification boarding,” the Navy said. The Combined Task Force (CTF) 150 has so far this year seized illegal drugs at sea worth more than $193 million, according to Thursday’s press release, which they claim is higher than the previous four years combined.

Monday’s drug seizure amounted to 385 kilograms (849 pounds) of heroin.

The task force says their patrolling outside the Arabian Gulf is meant to stop “criminal and terrorist organizations,” as well as “related illicit activities” such as the shipment of weapons and narcotics.

“These efforts help ensure legitimate commercial shipping transits the region free from non-state threats,” The Navy’s announcement celebrating the task force’s bust reads.

CTF 150 is part of the 34-nation Combined Maritime Forces, headquartered in Bahrain with the US Forces Naval Central Command and the US Fifth Fleet. The forces operate by patrolling and conducting counter terrorism operations at sea.

The heroin discovered on December 27 was “destroyed at sea,” officials said. The nine crewmembers of the stateless vessel were reportedly released after the drugs were taken. The crew identified themselves as Iranian, according to the Navy’s statement.

Commander Timothy Hawkins, a spokesperson for the Fifth Fleet, did not specify the manufacturer of the drugs or the intended final destination.

Last Friday, the state health department issued a health alert notifying pediatricians of a concerning trend — hospitalizations among children with COVID-19 were up across the state and had quadrupled in the New York City area. No official numbers were given.

Jim Hoft's Marriage to Filipino Man Half His Age Isn't Proof He's in a 'Satanic Pedophilia Cabal,' Lawyer Says

In Hoft’s version of events, per his lawyer, Peters accused Hoft of being a member of a “satanic pedophilia cabal” during this interview, and modified The Gateway Pundit’s logo to include an FBI-identified image representing attraction toward young boys.

Among other inconsistencies, as Peters noted in a press release, the podcast host never said those words.

However, both Peters and rapper Tim Gionet, stage name Baked Alaska, acknowledged Hoft’s marriage to a much younger man: Jezreel Morano.

“There have been a lot of rumors about the inside of that community that Jim Hoft is a part of,” said Peters, ostensibly referring to the LGBTQ community. “These people are flying around the country, they’re in private jets having sex parties, gay sex parties, things like that.”

Peters added that “There are people like that will go to really, really distant lengths for sexual favors and orgies and things like that.”

“I mean obviously he’s interested in young boys,” Peters said of Hoft. “He’s married to a very young boy.”

Hoft met Morano in 2016 while in the Philippines. Soon after, the youth left his home country to live with Hoft in the United States.

In 2019, the two were married.

The age difference is not insignificant.

On Facebook, Morano has stated that he turned 29 in February of this year. This means he would have been 24 when they met in December of 2016.

Hoft, who is now 59, would have been approximately 54.

This means there is an approximate 30-year age difference between Hoft and his husband.

Prince Andrew’s lawyers reportedly in ‘emergency talks’ after Maxwell guilty verdict

Prince Andrew’s lawyers were locked in emergency talks overnight after Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted in New York for recruiting and grooming underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein, a new report said.

The British socialite’s guilty verdict Wednesday evening sent fear rippling through the embattled royal’s legal team as he battles sexual assault allegations leveled against him in a civil lawsuit filed in Manhattan, the Mirror reported.

Accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre has alleged the Duke of York sexually abused her when she was 17 after she was trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell.

Prince Andrew’s legal team is weighing whether to call one of the accusers who testified as a prosecution witness during Maxwell’s trial to help in his civil case, legal sources told the outlet.

They are hoping to seize on “smoking gun” testimony given by one of four women — referred to during Maxwell’s trial as “Carolyn” — on how she was introduced to Epstein.

Carolyn testified that Giuffre, not Maxwell, had taken her to Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion in the early 2000s.

“Andrew’s US team immediately seized upon Carolyn’s testimony,” a legal source told the outlet.

Carolyn’s testimony could be used by Prince Andrew’s lawyers as they attempt to discredit Giuffre by claiming she helped recruit young girls for Epstein, the sources said.

“They believe she holds a smoking gun to any possible role Virginia played in Epstein’s pyramid scheme of abuse.

“Andrew’s lawyers have convinced him that if he is to stand any chance of preventing her case from going to court, they need to fight with fire and that nothing should be off limits.

“They believe Carolyn’s evidence seriously, if not fatally, weakened the case” against the prince.

With Maxwell’s conviction, Prince Andrew’s lawyers are said to be concerned, because the burden of proof is lower in civil cases than what is needed in a criminal case.

Experts have pointed to how OJ Simpson was cleared in Nicole Brown’s death criminally but was later found guilty in a civil case brought by her family.

In her civil lawsuit, Giuffre claims she was forced to have sex with the Duke of York in Maxwell’s London home and elsewhere when she was 17.

Giuffre was not listed as a victim in the indictment against Maxwell and did not testify at her trial.

Evidence that Maxwell and Epstein flew with Giuffre across the country and that they recruited her for abuse was allowed into the trial as potential corroboration of a sex-trafficking conspiracy.

Maxwell was found guilty of five of six counts she was facing in the sex-trafficking trial. She faces up to 65 years in prison.

Pfizer has hired the former policy director for Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, Hazen Marshall, as a lobbyist to support the Big Pharma firm’s efforts to shut down amendments to the False Claims Amendments Act of 2021. The lobbying contract covers opposition to whistleblower protections and affirming Pfizer’s patents on the COVID-19 vaccine, The National Pulse can reveal.

Lobbyist filings reveal Pfizer recently retained the D.C.-based Marshall & Popp to fight amendments to a law that currently does little to protect the public against fraud by firms like Pfizer. The lobbying firm, which raked in over $3,000,000 in 2021, was founded by former Mitch McConnell staffer Hazen Marshall and former Chief of Staff to Republican Senate Whip John Cornyn, Monica Popp.

The corporate-establishment Republicans also appear to represent the interests of Alphabet (Google), Altria (Philip Morris Tobacco), and a slew of other pharmaceutical clients alongside Pfizer in Washington.

Marshall & Popp was founded in 2019, and was temporarily prohibited from lobbying in the U.S. Senate per the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act (2007), as noted by POLITICO.

In the official filing, Marshall and his team were recruited to lobby against the aforementioned bill, as well as issues related to waiving intellectual property protections for COVID-19 vaccines. Waiving protections on the COVID-19 vaccination patent would force Pfizer to give up their essential wealth funnel from the federal government.

Like many other pharmaceutical companies, Pfizer has paid hefty fines for violations of the False Claims Act. In 2009, Pfizer “agreed to pay $2.3 billion, the largest health care fraud settlement in the history of the Department of Justice, to resolve criminal and civil liability arising from the illegal promotion of certain pharmaceutical products,” according to the DOJ. This record settlement stemmed from a lawsuit brought against Pfizer by six whistleblowers.

Pfizer was allegedly aware that their drug, Bextra, was not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for anything other than arthritis and menstrual cramps. Regardless, the firm chose to push the drug for acute and surgical pain. Six whistleblowers brought the lawsuit against Pfizer via the False Claims Act, culminating in the enormous fraud settlement.

In 2016, the Supreme Court ruled that fraud lawsuits could be dismissed if the government was continuing to pay a contractor after the allegations were revealed. The 2016 ruling bodes well for Pfizer, as hidden camera footage of a Pfizer scientist showed that the company “basically… is run on COVID money now.”

Second ex-CNN staffer under investigation for alleged crimes involving minors: report

A former CNN producer is reportedly under investigation for “serious allegations involving potential juvenile victims” — the second network staffer to be investigated for crimes involving minors.

Police in Fairfax County, Virginia, have launched a criminal probe into Rick Saleeby, a former senior producer on Jake Tapper’s “The Lead,” authorities confirmed to Fox News.

The investigation involves “serious allegations involving potential juvenile victims,” and “detectives assigned to the Child Exploitation Squad of the Major Crimes Bureau are leading this investigation,” the Fairfax County Police Department told the outlet.

The probe appears to be tied to a report by Project Veritas, a conservative guerrilla journalism outlet, that alleges Saleeby solicited nude photos of a 15-year-old girl, with cops telling Fox News they had been in communication with Project Veritas.

Saleeby resigned from his role on “The Lead” after the report detailing the disturbing allegations, according to the Washington Examiner.

2021: 1.9M Migrants Apprehended Along Southwest Border, 500K ‘Got Aways’

Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 1.9 million migrants who illegally crossed the southwest border with Mexico between ports of entry during 2021. Another estimated half-million migrants managed to avoid apprehension and sneak into the U.S.

Unofficial numbers indicate that Border Patrol agents assigned to the nine southwest border sectors apprehended approximately 1,929,000 migrants who illegally crossed between ports of entry in 2021. Official U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reports revealed that agents apprehended 1,773,674 migrants through the first 11 months of the year. A source operating under the umbrella of CBP told Breitbart Texas that, with three days to go, agents apprehended approximately 156,000 migrants in December to date.

In addition to the apprehension of migrants, officials disclosed to Breitbart that a minimum 428,000 migrants are reported as “got aways.” The known got-away count is updated daily by the Border Patrol, according to the source. The data is entered into a system of record easily accessible to agency leaders. The metric is usually not released by DHS. The estimate is achieved by counting migrants who ultimately escape apprehension after being observed by aircraft and camera systems. Agents also use traditional sign-cutting techniques to identify footprints.

Study: Most of Vaccinated Die Because of Vax-induced Autoimmune Attacks on Their Own Organs

A recently published study suggests that nearly every COVID vaccine recipient who died within seven days to six months after inoculation likely died because of vaccine-induced autoimmune damage.

A paper entitled “On COVID vaccines: why they cannot work, and irrefutable evidence of their causative role in deaths after vaccination” was published by Sucharit Bhakdi, M.D. and Arne Burkhardt, M.D., both Germany-based and widely published scientists in their fields. The findings were presented during an interdisciplinary symposium on COVID shots’ safety and efficacy on December 10, and if they received the attention and regard they deserve from health authorities, the vaccination campaign would be arguably stopped today.

As shown in the study, 14 of the 15 vaccinated patients who died had autoimmune damage in different organs, i.e., the patients’ immune systems were attacking their own organs.

The doctors noted that prior to death, only four of the 15 patients had been treated in the ICU for more than two days, while most of the patients were never hospitalized and either died at home, on the street, at work, in the car, or in home-care facilities. That fact implies that therapeutic intervention was “unlikely to have significantly influenced the post-mortem findings,” per the paper.

Coroners did not link the deaths to COVID vaccinations, and in most cases, “[ar]rhythmogenic heart failure” was postulated as the cause of death.

Why would one’s immune system go wild and attack something it is designed to protect?

The deadly immune response happens primarily because the immune system sees the cells that are producing the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein as a threat and tries to destroy them, argue the scientists:

The vaccines cause cells deep inside our body to express the viral spike protein, which they were never meant to do by nature. Any cell which expresses this foreign antigen will come under attack by the immune system, which will involve both IgG antibodies [the most abundant type of antibody found in all body fluids] and cytotoxic T-lymphocytes [which protect the body against cancerous cells and cells that have become infected by pathogens]. That may occur in any organ.

The autopsies of the deceased aged 28-95 showed that in 14 out of 15 cases the heart was attacked. Such self-damage was also seen in the lungs (13 cases), the liver (two cases), the thyroid gland (Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, two cases), the salivary glands (Sjögren’s Syndrome, two cases) and the brain (two cases).

At the same time, there were common pathologies in “all affected tissues of all cases,” including inflammation and death of small blood vessels due to the abundance of killer T-lymphocytes in both vessels and the tissues surrounding them.

Earlier this year, a French H225M helicopter was spotted while transporting special forces personnel or intelligence officers from Iraq to northeastern Syria.

At least 18 H225M helicopters are in service with both the French Air Force and Army, which are apparently still active in northeastern Syria.

The H225M is a long-range tactical transport military helicopter capable of undertaking various mission roles including combat search and rescue, aeromedical transport, logistic support and shipboard maritime operations.

Germany: Govt Reports 96% of Omicron Cases Are Among Fully Vaccinated, 4% Are Unvaccinated

New data released today by the Robert Koch Institute, a research agency run by the German government, found that though 71% of the population is fully vaccinated nearly 96% of Omicron cases are among the fully vaccinated.

"Robert Koch Institute report released today states that 95.58% of the #Omicron cases in Germany are fully vaccinated (28% of those had a "booster"), 4.42% are unvaccinated," Disclose TV reported.

Hillary Slams Biden “We Don’t Have a White House that We Can Count on to be Sane and Sober and Stable and Productive”

During an interview with MSNBC’s Willie Geist that took place earlier this month and aired in part on Thursday, Clinton implored Democrats to start thinking about the party’s ability to win elections overall and not just in deep-blue districts where they were assured victory.

As Three More Studies Show Negative Vaccine Effectiveness, When Will Health Authorities Face Up to What the Data is Telling Us?

The last two weeks have brought three new studies finding negative efficacy for two vaccine doses, meaning the vaccinated are more likely to be infected than the unvaccinated.

These are study findings, not raw data, so have been adjusted for various biases and confounders, making it harder to dismiss them as anomalous or skewed.

The first is a pre-print study from Denmark, published on December 23rd, which looked at nearly all PCR-positive SARS-CoV-2 infections in Denmark from November 20th to December 12th and investigated them to see if they were likely to be the Omicron variant. By comparing the vaccination status of those infected, the researchers found a vaccine effectiveness against the Omicron variant of minus-76.5% for Pfizer and minus-39.3% for Moderna three months after double vaccination (see chart above), meaning the double-vaccinated were considerably more likely to be infected than the unvaccinated. They found the vaccine effectiveness against Omicron was significantly lower than against Delta, with Pfizer vaccine effectiveness at 53.8% and Moderna at 65% against Delta after three months. They reported that a third dose of Pfizer got vaccine effectiveness against Omicron back up to 54.6%, at least for a month. The full results are in the table below.

The latest vaccine effectiveness study from the UKHSA confirms these results. Against Omicron, the UKHSA reports zero or negative vaccine effectiveness from a double-dose of all three vaccines (AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Moderna) after five months. The third dose takes it up again, but only into the 40-60% range, and dropping fast.
