the playground misfits, losers and idiots are a distillation of the garden variety government employee, which may approach that 99% you have there ; not hyperbole ; the coddled generation of post-Nam era, and the kids they raised (participation trophy generation) makes for even more victimized whiney brats that gravitate to any position of power (revenge factor) tied to a cushy job (no talent) as they are tailor-made for it as they could not survive in the private sector on the playground…so why would it change later on?
