Those freaks need to feel as if they are dominant.
Power, control, and recognition is what they seek.
And there are victims/animals who gladly fill the role.
But there are also many who don't want anything to do with their LARP,
so the tyrants resort to using weapons and tactics that only work on victims… like germ/virus, emotional abuse, propaganda, lame laws created by npcs in suits and robes then violently enforced by npcs that hide behind shields, taxation/theft. etc.
Their ideology exists only if there is a frequency to spread it…
