Yeah I'm on Zelenko's protocol amongst many other things. Exercise regularly, honestly diet could be better but I can't afford Organic and lots of meat like I used to. It rains a lot where I'm from and Winter-time so not much sunshine lately. Sleep schedule is indeed FUBAR but honestly always has been.
