seems to me that if jeff & ghislaine were blackmailers and the judge sealed everything for nat sec then whomever has the recordings are now in that position. So the fbi/sdny/nypd have the upperhand on those folks.
Wouldn't it be more prudent to provide full disclosure so no one can blackmail them and they face justice, wouldn't that bolster nat sec?
