Those on the ground thought it due to rolling black outs in Marshall. Something about traffic light sparking, then with the 100 mph winds coming off the Flatirons ,,,, I have seen pictures of whole neighborhoods burnt to the ground along with the trees. I used to live in Boulder County a year ago. The wind there is incredibly strong.
